I am a passionate and dedicated helping professional, guided by faith and committed to walking alongside those I serve across diverse communities. I currently serve as a Supervisee working with Adult/Child, bringing both heart and clinical grounding to every session.

Educational Background and Credentials

I’m a proud graduate of Walden University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and of Virginia Union University, one of our nation’s premier HBCUs, where I completed my Master of Social Work. I am currently a supervisee working toward my LCSW licensure, continuing to grow in my mission through my work with Mindfulness Behavioral Health Services.

My Approach

My practice is rooted in mindfulness and behavioral health, shaped by a psychology and social work background that centers a holistic, patient-centered approach to care. I believe healing happens when body, mind, and spirit are honored together, and I welcome God into our work as a source of strength and grounding.
Together, we’ll build real, practical mindfulness skills to help you stay present, manage stress, and regulate your emotions. We’ll also gently work to recognize and reshape unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, building healthier coping tools that support your lasting well-being.

Beyond the Practice

Outside of sessions, I treasure time with my family, and I find real joy in animated movies and musicals. I also have the privilege of coaching cheerleading, mentoring my “cheer babies” as they build confidence, discipline, and teamwork; values I carry into this work as well.
