My goal is to provide a safe space for healing.
I prioritize my client’s confidentiality and comfort when providing care to meet their needs. In addition, I treat each client as a unique individual with specific issues and needs.
At my practice, the client will experience a judgment-free environment where they can safely process their struggles and trauma.
Establishing a trusting relationship is essential to effective therapy. Therefore, I work with my clients to gain their trust so they can share what’s on their hearts, knowing that I am here to listen and help them overcome their struggles.
One of my specialties relates to trauma.
Those suffering from trauma find it physically and mentally challenging to overcome a traumatic event or events, causing them to always remain on high alert for something traumatic to occur again. As a result, the effects of trauma never leave them, staying lodged in their brain.
As a trauma therapist, I feel fulfillment when clients struggling with trauma find relief from trauma related to specific experiences.
Through therapy, I help them reprocess that trauma, put it in the past, and move on with a new view of their life.
Helping couples is another of my specialties.
Relationships require work, and it is best to seek help to repair them early before things become complex and threaten what was once a loving relationship.
I strongly believe in helping couples build a strong foundation at the beginning of their relationship. In this space, I strive to gain an understanding of both individuals’ backgrounds and personal beliefs, allowing for an open conversation about how they work through conflicts. Helping new couples build a strong foundation makes what I do worth it – every day.
Some couples need restoration after life’s challenges threaten communication and their ability to get along. I enjoy working with couples to help them restore the joy in their marriage and rebuild their relationship.
