During your first meeting with me, I will take time to listen and understand your needs, desires, and preferable outcomes. Together, we will create a treatment plan that addresses the areas you want to work on in therapy.

After we create a treatment plan, we will identify and determine how to conduct the treatment and sessions. Because you are unique, I tailor treatments specifically to you, and the number of sessions and frequency of treatment will depend on your needs. Beyond in-session, I will provide daily activities and resources such as mindfulness techniques and coping skills.
