During the first Mindfulness BHS meeting, I will listen to understand your needs, desires, and preferable outcomes. I’ll work with you and your spouse to create a treatment plan that consists of areas you would like to work on in therapy.

Many couples improve their relationships by elevating their trust level, strengthening communication skills, and allowing for vulnerability during challenging moments by discussing ongoing issues with a professional counselor.

I use the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples rekindle physical and emotional bonds. We’ll consider all aspects of the relationship, including past trauma and triggers.
